My experience includes State & Local, Federal, and International Tax matters, both transactional and litigation/controversy.  I also have experience in workout and restructuring tax advisory work for distressed debt/assets, and have worked a lot with real estate owners and investors. I have lived and worked in Latin America for extensive periods of time and speak fluent Spanish.
