My fiancée and I used Heller Immigration to assist with our K-1 visa application. Steven was very helpful and put our mind at rest on several occasions, as I had some issues I worried may make me inadmissible. I am glad to say I am now in the USA starting my life with my fiancée. Both Steven and his team, especially Jane, were always really helpful, friendly and professional. Thoroughly recommended - thank you!
After going through lawyers, senators, churches, etc to get my green card, a friend recommended Steven. He unlocked the magic within 3 weeks after the process had been pending for 6 years. You need an immigration attorney, look no further.
I've been meaning to leave a review about this fantastic man for quite sometime. I was absolutely lost and confused when I was starting to work on moving out to the states to marry my wife. Steven D Heller truly helped me understand exactly what I needed to do and gave me the confidence to complete the whole process. I cannot recommend this guy enough. He really does know his stuff and is very easy to work with. Thanks again Steven for been such a massive help!
I had been banned from USA for 5 years yes 5 years for failing to declare a positive..which was my family. Totally unfair as I'd had a 5 and 10 yr visa in past. And visited over 15 times. I was treated terribly by consulate staff in London. Steven was understanding and held my hand through the visa waiver process. I now have a 5year visa b1b2. I cannot recommend Steven enough kind curtious and professional.
I reached out to Steven earlier this year for some guidance relating to B2 visa applications. I had been intending to visit my girlfriend in the U.S. but was unsure about whether a past caution in my home country (UK) would prevent me from doing so. Steven was very prompt in arranging a convenient time to discuss my concerns. I found the consultation itself to be extremely informative, and Steven left me feeling reassured that any past cautions would have no affect on my application. Steven offered helpful advice on how to present my application to the consular officer during interview as well as giving me a detailed overview of how historic cautions are treated / viewed by the Embassy. Sure enough, I was approved for a visa and can now look forward to visiting the U.S. again. I would definitely recommend Steven to those in need of an attorney, as I found his approach to be personable, clear and concise.
I wanted to make quite apparent that Steven Heller is hands down the finest attorney I've dealt with thus far. I approached Steven quite distrought after facing a 214b denial on my E2 application in 2016. In the initial consultation I explained my case and why the officer at the US Embassy thought a denial was appropriate. Steven really understood and listened to the case properly and gave a timeline which he was very prompt with not allowing for any margin of error on the time scale or his performance. I had a belief that it would well be an uphill battle, however made the process a whole lot easier. Having dealt with my initial attorney Steven showed his competenace and professionalism through his work and had me confidence of a successful outcome. I would recommend Steven to anyone it need who is need of help with immigration as he knows his business very well which allows you to make an informed decision. Thank you
