Steve is a really good person. He helps so many people. He goes after "the bad guys" and he does not let up. We need more lawyers, in this world, who feels the way he does.
I contacted Mr. Steven Gottlieb at the recommendation of a friend. I needed legal representation and consultation regarding a tenant that had not paid rent for over two months. After having failed at negotiation on my own, Mr. Gottlieb was able to effectively negotiate a resolution quickly and fairly for a good price. I thank you so much Mr. Gottlieb. I am very grateful that you resolved this stressful matter and I can move forward.
Knows what he is doing and therefore helps you see a future with a positive outcome. He worked hard and steady to help me and my family with both my Disability and our eviction. He pushed to get the best results possible. Dutifully pushed and was able to fix my Disability back to last date of work. Provides a warm family welcoming environment.
Mr. Gottlieb was incredibly attentive, responsive, thorough, sensitive, and effective in all he did on our case. We more than achieved our objectives, and felt confident every step of the way that we were in good hands and in the right hands. I highly recommend him, and am glad to have this opportunity to publicly thank him.
I have used the legal services of that law firm occasionally since the early 1970s, and I have known both of the partners. Steve Gottlieb has been the guardian for my former husband, David Rosenbaum, since the end of 2009. David and I were married for 30 years and divorced amicably in 1999. Several years after our divorce, David began to exhibit behaviors of someone with dementia. Our son, William Rosenbaum, was incapable of dealing with David’s increasing problems, and David became incapable of caring for himself on a day-to-day basis. Although I have lived in Colorado since 1999, I tried to help David from a distance, but this became impossible as David’s needs grew. Steve Gottlieb, as someone who had known and admired David for many years, became David’s guardian after David’s evaluation by court evaluators. Steve negotiated all the necessary steps to take over David’s care. He hired home care providers and ultimately had David admitted to Woodland Pond’s assisted-living facility in New Paltz. More recently, he moved David to Golden Hill’s memory-care unit in Kingston. Steve looked after ever every detail of David’s health care, as well as his finances, including the arduous task of liquidating David’s personal and real property. I could not possibly have taken care of these matters from such a distance. Most importantly, Steve has been a caring and attentive friend to David. His companionship to David has been invaluable, as well as getting David moved into appropriate housing and involved in activities, and collecting and preserving important memorabilia from David’s acting career. Steve has communicated with me constantly over the years to let me know of David’s deteriorating condition and all that’s been done to help. Whenever I have visited David in my two or three trips to New York, I have found him to be in excellent condition considering his mental decline. He is obviously being well cared for. It would be difficult to imagine a more caring, conscientious and dedicated guardian for a loved one than Steve Gottlieb.
I would like to recommend the guardian services provided by Steve Gottlieb of the law firm Moran & Gottlieb of Kingston NY. I was nervous and confused and Mr. Gottlieb was able to keep me calm at the hearing and was there throughout the process to answer questions. I am thankful for my new start and would recommend him.
Steve Gottlieb is thorough, caring, friendly and professional. He has represented me or people I referred to him in personal injury litigation, divorces and family court and bankruptcy. The results have always been satisfactory. We highly recommend him.
