The Frederick Law Firm is a family business.  We are committed to providing the kind of representation we would expect if we were hiring an attorney.  This approach has led us to the following guiding principles: 1. Keep the client well informed about the progress of the case. 2. Don't hide the attorneys behind a mountain of paralegals and other staff members.  Cases are never handed down to paralegals or inexperienced attorneys, Steve and Carl manage every case.  In addition, Clients always have access to their lawyers when they want it. 3. Really get to know the client, and take the time to understand how the injury or loss has impacted different areas of our client's lives. 4. Prepare every case, from day one, like it is going to trial.  Don't sell the case short by thinking it is going to settle.  The defendant insurance company or corporation must be convinced that we will take the case to triall before they will settle the case for a fair and reasonable amount in advance of trial.  And if the case doesn't settle, we are ready for trial and will present the best case possible to the jury. These principles form the core of our work ethic and have resulted in tens of millions of dollars in fair and just settlements and verdicts for our clients.
