I took a while to file a chapter 7 bankruptcy. Most of that was my fault. I gave this guy every bill that I had gotten for a year. After all of that they told me that I had more to give them. I scrounged everything up and gave them what they asked. Then the receptionist called again for more paper work. If you call this office I would almost guarantee that you will not get an answer and it may be a few days before you get a call back. The receptionist is crabby and takes it out on the customer. She has terrible people skills. Steven Fansler is very knowledgeable and helped me out tremendously and for that I am thankful. But with as much money as he asked for he could probably afford a newer office with a little better parking and maybe he could afford to pay another receptionist with more people skills.

The problem is communication! I do not hear from Steve regularly. I am attempting to save my home. Steve needs to be much more regular in the effort. I am concerned about insurance, repairs to home, Bank of America inconsistancies.
