Steven Bradt's professionalism and expertise can help a client navigate the complexities and legalities of the work comp field. His counsel and ability to explain the process was outstanding, as well as his accessibility, thoroughness and his concern for the client to reach a positive and fair outcome.
Steve Bradt is a superb attorney. My employer’s Workers’ Comp insurance company accepted my claim, and was covering the occasional doctor’s appointment and medication. Then I tried to schedule surgery, and all the wheels stopped. They required me to see a sub par retired hand surgeon. He came up with some lame excuses as to why my injury was not covered under Workers’ Comp, and my claim was denied. I was referred to Steve by a nephew who had a very successful case that Steve and his staff had handled. My wife and I were both very impressed with Steve from the start. He’s very professional and yet easy to talk to. He kept me abreast of every communication with the Workers’ Comp representatives, and responded to my emails and calls right away. Steve never let the ball drop and I felt so confident with him as my attorney. The Workers’ Comp company hired a very large law firm in the Twin Cities to represent them as we were heading to court. I’m certainly glad that Steve was representing me and not them, as I am exceptionally happy with the outcome. I highly recommend Steve Bradt to anyone who has had an accident or injury. You won’t find a better attorney, here, or in the Big City.
Mr. Bradt was the bright spot in my less than perfect case. I retained him as soon as I realized my case was going to go through some abnormal bumps with my employer, surgical difficulties and the work comp insurance company. Always the cool, calm professional I was hoping to find, Steve knew the daily grind I was about to encounter and kept the opposing parties at bay all the way to settlement. Mr. Bradt dealt thoroughly with a problem surgery and a follow-up surgery which helped but didn't remedy the problem entirely. While I was enduring many months of physical therapy Steve maintained my peace of mind by dealing behind the scenes with the insurance company and the employer, an unenviable task. While I did not completely recover to pre-accident condition, my settlement afforded me the ability to get a college education which will get me back to my pre-injury income. a dream I never thought would come true, with enough left over for dependable transportation and living expenses through college. My family and I thank Steve so much for being there for us.
