Sometimes I just had to go to his office to try to find out what was going on. - He forgot to bring my most recent tax return to the divorce hearing, but my ex-wife's attorney brought a return from my best year ever (before the "great recession of 2008"), showing income 3 times higher than normal. The judge said she had to go with the only evidence presented and I was ordered to pay a HUGE monthly maintenance payment. I couldn't pay it and so they then got a judgment against me. I thought about filling a complaint against him with the state bar but was told (by an attorney!) that it would lead nowhere because the bar protects it's own. What a sad commentary on the legal system! Over the years this attorney's work has declined and, in my opinion, "promise" without "performance" is his apparent business motto.

Bobman was my lawyer and screwed me up totally.Court had violated every single rule of their own court rules but Bobman was busy assisting the opposite side with the crime.Huge damage that I have been paying to present day!

First off , Steve had me put together a large body of evidence to be used as proof my now ex-husband was not supporting my son and I after moving out of the residence. He filed a temporary motion for child support and was supposed to cover a parenting plan. Not only did he show up at the last minute the day of the hearing, he was totally unprepared, didn't sync up with me the Sunday before like he promised, and when a difficult situation arose in court he completely folded and I lost custoday of my son. To say the least he had a lot of gall to state I owed him money after already giving him $2,500 and doing a large amount of legwork. I am still fighting for my son's custody and on my 4th attorney, thanks a bunch for a job POORLY done Steve I should have only needed one attorney. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PERSON FOR ANY CASE.
