A former engineer, now lawyer, who has been solving – and preventing - legal problems for construction and design professionals for 21 years.Drawing on both engineering and litigation experience, I have zealously represented clients at all levels of the legal system from arbitration to state and federal courts. My goal is to remove you from legal action completely in cases where you were sued for no reason other than being identified on a title block. When that isn’t possible, I help you create a strategy that will minimize exposure.I am an aggressive advocate for a broad spectrum of design and construction professionals, and have worked closely with most of the construction related insurance carriers.
