I also assist businesses with entity formation, restructuring, acquisitions, tax matters, and asset protection planning. I am careful with the balance between effectively protecting my clients while avoiding unnecessary legal fees and complexity.In addition to being a licensed attorney, I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in Utah with experience preparing complex individual, trust, estate, partnership and corporate tax returns.
