He was NOT prepared to go to trial like he told me he was. What he did is INEXCUSABLE. He took on the obligation several years ago of representing me, and he willfully abandoned his contract. He violated the Rules of Ethical Conduct and the Rules of Court, after filing a Motion to Withdraw from the case and then lying to the courts stating that I refused to substitute him out when he NEVER asked me to do that, nor did he ever provide me with a substitution of attorney. Lawyers are bound by certain ethical and professional obligations. He was NOT prepared or ready for a jury trial, so instead of accepting responsibility for his mistakes and blunders, he chose to blame his client; taking an easy way out and causing nothing but damage to my case.
