I am Associate in the Collins & Hannafin Transactional Department and practice in the areas of Commercial Transactions, Business Formation and Dissolution as well as Taxation and Tax Planning. In addition to admission to the Connecticut Superior Court, US Tax Court, Federal District Court of Connecticut and the US Supreme Court I am also a CPA.
