Steve is a litigation attorney experienced in both state and federal courts. He practices in the areas of employment, construction and toxic tort litigation. Although his practice is generally defense oriented, Steve has enjoyed success in several plaintiff-based commercial litigation cases that were tried to verdict. Additionally, he maintains an active administrative practice, appearing before numerous state and federal agencies. He is also a frequent lecturer on employment, construction and ethics issues.
