I enjoy working with my clients on a variety of business matters that include strategic planning, employments issues, mergers and aquisitions and day-to-day business operations, including work with business start-ups. I also work closely with both business clients and individuals on real estate matters that includes purchase and sales, leasing, landlord disputes, property tax issues, developments, contractor issues and municipal approvals.
