Attorney Laura Walker Swafford first began practicing law after graduating from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law with her J.D. While in school, she was a member of the Dean’s Tutorial Society, President of the Student Bar Association, and an Executive Member of the Indiana International & Comparative Law Review. After graduating, she worked as a litigator with a defense law firm where she gained invaluable experience representing larger corporations.During her years in practice, Attorney Swafford made a name for herself as a respected trial attorney, and has been recognized by Super Lawyers in their Rising Star list for 2019. She’s been published in The Indiana Lawyer and The Workplace Lawyer, A Newsletter of the ISBA Employment, Labor & Benefit Section, 2016.She currently focuses her practice on a wide array of personal injury cases, including car accidents, construction accidents, trucking accidents, slip and fall accidents, civil rights violations, and wrongful death.
