The plan was to meet again after three months time to see where we were with the case and if additional costs/payment would be needed. Six days after meeting with him I decided to drop the case. Nothing had been filed and no work had been done. I respectfully asked for my retainer to be returned to me less the hour or two of his time for meeting with me. Stephen Nangle would not return my money and had the audacity to actually send me a bill for additional charges. This attorney is incredibly unethical and dishonest.
