He did well. His rates and methods of billing are very fair. He's a seasoned veteran at what he does. I have no complaints. If someone cannot hear you.... You must speak up, by doing this he heard every word I ever uttered to him as well as read every word I iterated as he prefers to communicate via email and does not charge for this (at least in my experience).
First of all, this person was hired to help me with visitation. Although he talks a good game in the office with you, it is obvious he resorts to lip reading because he is hard of hearing. You could be explaining a situation while he is looking down and he will not hear a word you are saying. Then he will look up, and ask you about something you just finished explaining. His performance in the courtroom is fair to poor in objections (he cannot hear). As a result he cannot and does not speak well as a negotiator, or in your defense. He even yelled at my friend who was trying to get clarity on an issue that was unclear bolting "Look!! I don't have time for this, the judge is mad at me!!" What?? I DO NOT recommend this person. Hire someone else.
Did not try to get anything I requested concerning divorce. Did not communicate upcoming court dates. Did not return phone calls. Was unprepared at hearings.
