I am going to try to determine exactly what you need and how to get a resolution or perform a project as quick as possible at a reasonable price. I am quick to get things done and do not drag out projects. I have been providing business/real estate and franchise services for a very long time and have seen most every type of case. My non-business work is in the Estate Planning area.  If I do not do the work you need I can usually refer you to a quality attoney. If you have any interest in my personal information:  I have a long commute of about 8 minutes from my home in Carmel Valley. When I am not working I run, spend time with my wife and our two adult daughters (Venice and SF) and watch more sports that I should.
