i was convinced to pursue a case against my landlords - "NO WAY TO LOSE". By the time we got to court he said i should just "settle" instead of trying the case he pushed me to take to court. Everything from that point on went in my landlords favor. He apologized and admitted he was "wrong" but I lost my business of 37 years for no reason except really bad advice.
