Attorney Stephen W. Burness has spent the last 38 years assisting Michigan residents as a skilled family law attorney, estate planning lawyer, and estate administration attorney. Stephen's extensive experience and unwavering tact is what helps him navigate the often emotionally taxing and legally complex issues that arise within these three areas. After completing his undergraduate degree at Kalamazoo College, Stephen W. Burness received his Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University. Stephen was admitted to the Michigan State Bar in 1977 and immediately immersed himself in domestic and real estate law, as well as the aforementioned family law and estate planning.
