My name is Sean Simeson and I am an Associate Attorney at Baumgartner Law. Previously, I worked in plaintiff personal injury and workers’ compensation firms where I represented individuals against large insurance companies in state and federal courts. I also practice constitutional civil rights litigation by reporesenting people against governmental and institutional abuses of power.In addition to my personal injury and civil rights experience, I represents people accused of criminal charges. My focus is on providing thorough and exhaustive representation to all clients from the intake through jury verdict.
