Through various online articles and references, I heard about Mr. Bander's previous successful immigration cases and in particular about his experience handling Cuban Adjustment Act (CAA) cases. I contacted Mr. Bander through his website and, after an initial consultation interview, decided to hire his services. Before contacting Mr. Bander, I had applied for a green card under the CAA, which was denied by the USCIS. Mr. Bander determined the best course of action was to file for a Motion To Reopen and Reconsider (MTR), in which he clearly and precisely presented the reasons why the USCIS had made an error in handling my case. 5 months after the MTR was filed, the USCIS recognized the error and approved my green card. Throughout the whole process, Mr. Bander always responded to my consultations in a timely and professional manner. He handled with assertiveness my MTR case, from which at least one other lawyer shied away for believing the USCIS was correct in their initial denial decision. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Bander.
Yesterday i received my permanent resident card on mail, from the bottom of our heart we want to thank you for your professional performance, legal advice and successfully support. We don't have words to thank you for your effort in our case and we will always be grateful for all your help. Mr bander, since we first met you, you made us feel in good hands because of your unique personality that is very pleasant and peaceful. Our dreams have came true and we can't tell how happy we are. Thanks again and we hope you the best,
We came with a complicated case where we needed advice on how to proceed with an emigration issue for my wife.... they not only were cristal clear on the implications and possible out comes of every avene we could take, At the end and after over three years of constant contact and communication we finally achieved our needs. The biggest difference between lawyers its not always how much they know about the law, Its the genuine care on this clients what makes huge difference.
Mr. Bander took care of my whole process under the Cuban adjustment act. He and his team were always very professional and always on time on every application during this process. They were always in contact with me and always assisted me on every question I had. Very happy with his service. I will always recommend his work to people.
Dr. Bander took care of my green card process through the Cuban adjustment act and later on, I came back to him to do my citizenship process (me + family). Since the begging, on the first consultation he was very clear on what I needed and the process that I was going to go through, and his knowledge/experience of the immigration system can be noticed right away. Because of work, I move and travel a lot! on my green card process I was living in Cleveland and on my citizenship in Denver, and he is located in Miami, that still didn't stop him from keeping a great communication and always being there for me if I had any questions! even questions regarding other matter that were not directly related to my case. My immigration process with USCIS was not smooth, they gave a hard time, but he always knew what to do under the law and always stayed by my said telling me clear and upfront what was best for me and what would be the best option time-whise and financially. He is great person and I definitely recommend him, my best prove of that is the fact that I came back to him 3 years later to do the citizenship process with him, and during that spam of time he always kept communication with me and he always answered questions, and never got a bill for that. Moreover, I can not forget his team! everybody in that office helped me in many ways and made the process very very understandable.
I have used this lawyer for more then a year after some one recommend to me.I have learned that him made his name on suing FBI and USCIS few years ago when USCIS had a major backlog on "pending name check" .He was one of the first who started suing them and in my opinion made a name on that. But now,USCIS has fix that back log and other then that,he just regular very expensive lawyer. What can other lawyer can do for $100 he will do for $300:)Also,it is almost impossible to get him over the phone, only e-mail and very often. On top of that he charge ridicules amount of money for interview .
