Mr. Baker was unprepared for our initial hearing with the district judge which did not help our chances. He was asked questions by the judge and Mr. Baker seemed to struggle in responding. Mr. Baker was forgetful, missing a meeting with us when we traveled to his office and neglecting to inform us of a hearing. While Mr. Baker is a pleasant enough person, he is very slow and we could not recommend him.
