Stephanie H. To joined The Simon Law Firm as a Law Clerk in June, 2007. She graduated from the Saint Louis University School of Law in May, 2008, receiving a J.D., Health Law Certificate and Health Care Ethics Certificate. She is licensed to practice law in Missouri and New York and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri, United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio and in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Texas.  She is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL), the American Bar Association, and the National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA).Stephanie works primarily on class action and intellectual property claims.She is a talented researcher and writer and has significantly contributed to important legal filings, including briefs submitted to the Missouri Supreme Court, the Missouri Court of Appeals, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. She takes an active role in trial preparation and has tried numerous cases to verdict.From June 2006 to May 2007, Stephanie served as a Legal Intern with Legal Services of Eastern Missouri.  As a Legal Intern, she assisted attorneys on cases regarding public benefits claims, estate documents and housing law for clients with HIV/AIDS and she drafted memoranda on Social Security Disability and Medicaid issues.Since 2012, she has been chair of Project XOXO, an annual fundraising organization uniting the St. Louis legal community to assist local charities.  In addition, Stephanie is a violinist with the Town & Country Symphony Orchestra.
