I had a problem with a car dealership and she not only solved the issue in our favor, she was able to settle for enough money to help us purchase a new car.

Ispoke with Stephanie several times and met her at her office. She is honest and caring. I'd reccomend her to family members and friends.

Stephanie is personable and appears concerned. Unfortunately she was not as responsive to the client's concerns as she could have been. She appeared to be easily intimidated by the opposing counsel and it took her a while to actually be convinced that what her client was telling her was true. Not only was she less responsive but she was also VERY, VERY expensive for the little work that she did for the client. More than the cost, we weren't getting anywhere with her as the client's attorney. Our next lawyer, a replacement working for another firm saved the day. He was more strategic, more energetic, very honest, responsive, and far less expensive. We were glad to part company with Ms. Nolan but really wish her well.

In 2009 I hired Ms. Nolan to represent me in a family law matter. Her fees were high, and her performance was very poor. In my case, my husband had liquidated our assets prior to the divorce, and after the divorce, hid and liquidated his assets. His support arrearages were at astronomical figures. In court, she asked my ex-husband and I to step out of the court room for the attorneys to speak privately with the judge. My case dragged on and on without action from her and without resolution. She did not return phone calls or respond to emails in a reasonable amount of time. She had constant excuses about her personal life interfering with her work. She filed a notice of withdrawal from my case (which I did not argue about). Two years later, when I ordered a copy of the court reporter's transcripts, I read that she had asked the judge to reduce un-modifiable alimony, so that he could "afford" to pay his arrearages on child support. This was great representation... for my ex-husband...

She took me to mediation and went to court for a hearing for my divorce after paying her $40,000.00. Wen went in front of the judge wothers Keran Cole and the judge didn't sign of on my divorce because Stefani didn't complete my timesharing to get my girls.. So insisted all my time with mediation and all my heating.

I hired Stefani Nolan to represent my son in a divorce case. $7k later we still did not have a court date or anything resolved. When I questioned where the money had gone, she got very defensive and quickly filed to be removed from the case and then billed me another $900 for "withdrawal" fees. DO NOT HIRE this attorney. You are better off representing yourself and getting the same results. Do not waste your money find someone else.

This attorney had me for over 40K in fees before we ever had a court appearance. It was almost like she was working for my ex since she conned me into signing a temporary consent order GIVING away more than I would have been ordered to pay in child support, stating it would only be for a couple of months which ended up being 3 years. The OC ran circles around her, she looked like buffoon. She told me she made verbal agreements with the OC that the OC later denied. She couldn't even keep my child in her school during the litigation. Even after a custody evaluator's report came out in my favor, she tried to talk me in giving up custody to my ex during mediation. After I fired her, my new counsel won my custody case for me within a year. If this woman had any conscious she would just cut me a refund check for the money I wasted on her and the negative impact she had on my health and my children. The only positive was her assistant who was extremely professional and without her the business would go down the tubes.

In my opinion, Ms. Nolan was disorganized; she easily let the opposing counsel lead on all issues and rarely objected. I thought Ms. Nolan became very anxious when opposing side made accusations, showing physical signs of distress. She also seemed anxious during mediation and I felt she was unable to have the patience to explain/discuss important issues with me at an important time. Fee was requested upfront through mediation.

I was absolutely mortified when she represented me in my divorce. I have no legal background whatsoever and I could have presented a better argument for my case than Stefani did. Do not waste your money using this attorney
