Helped explain the process and negotiated a fair deal with the DA office. Wish I would have hired before meeting with Driver Licence Department!
Benny has great rapport with court clerks, bailiffs, prosecutors and judges. I always felt confident that he was the best attorney in the building. I fully trusted Benny to defend me in a case in which I was wrongfully charged; he did his job beautifully and in the end charges were dismissed. Thanks Benny!
The assistance and representation from Salcido Law Firm was outstanding, expedient, and professional. Benny is an excellent lawyer with both the depth and breadth of knowledge necessary to represent his clients to the fullest extent practicable. Benny was always able to provide answers to my many questions and reassured me when the circumstances were hanging in the balance. I owe my experience with him to his professional demeanor, knowledgeable approach, and dedication to follow-up.
After getting in a fight with my younger brother I was arrested and tried as a Felon. After consulting with the Salcido Firm I knew I was in the right hands. He did everything in his power to help me end the case quickly and got me dropped down to a misdemeanor with court probation. Thanks to him I was able to return to school and continue my education. The firm's prices are high but I wouldn't expect anything less from some of the best lawyers in Utah. He kept me informed on everything that was going on in the trial, went over all possible senario that could happen depending on what I wanted to do and explained to the fullest why it was a good or bad idea at the end I took his advice and proceeded the way he thought would be best I put all my trust and my freedom in his hands and he didn't disappoint. I would hire him again without question.
Salcido Law Firm helped me so much with my felony charges. I don't know how He did it, but I served no jail time, and Not only did He, ( Benny Salcido ) get some charges dropped, the one charge that stuck will be completely dropped providing I successfully complete probation. Benny is very genuine and honest, he really listened to my story and presented it to the court in a way that they understood and showed me compassion. I highly recommend these attorneys.
My attorney was very communicative throughout the entirety of my case and always kept me updated. He was sure to tell me all of my options and possible outcomes. He approached opposing counsel with professionalism and respect, but a strong stance on the most fair outcome for me.
I lived in Utah for a few years during college. I had a DUI-Drugs in 2000, and discharging a firearm within city limits down in St George in 2001. I live in MA now, where both of those convictions make me disqualified for life for any firearms ID. With those 2 convictions on my record I would never be able to own or purchase a firearm of any kind for the rest of my life! Benny (Spencer Salcido) determined that having my DUI expunged would remove it from my record. He was also able to negotiate with the St George prosecutor, and have my discharging a firearm conviction reduced 2 steps down to an infraction. With the expungement and reduction complete, I was able to apply for a firearms license in MA, and was approved with no questions. Benny was very knowledgable about the process, and walked me through all the steps. The St George prosecutor took a long time to get back to us about the reduction, but Benny stayed on him to make sure it got done. I would highly recommend Benny to anyone needing an attorney for this kind of criminal record work.
When I met Spencer I was in I bad spot legally and struggling just as a person. I was out in the hall thinking of what to do. I didn't even know he was a laywer and he came and helped me out and explained some legal things to me out of kindness. I was facing 5 charges in one case, 4 misdameanors and one was a Felony. He took a very strict approach with my case. The thing I liked about Spencer was that he never sugar coated anything. So I knew what to expect. He was very upfront with everything that was going on. The prosecutor wanted me to serve 30 days in jail. Long story short.. I never did a single day in jail. My felony got dropped as well as 3 other charges. I plead guilty to one misdameanor and paid a very small fine. It was the best case scenario BY FAR. I don't even have a car and he came and picked me up before court when I missed the bus I was suppose to take to get there. Very nice and genuine person. In the end of the day he helped me get back on my feet and be able to put court behind me. I would reccomend Spencer "Benny" to anyone. I had a lawyer in a previous case that showed up the day of court and was like.. so what happened again? It was embarrasing and not helpful. Spencer ended up helping me on that case too and was very instrumental as well. Overall I think he is above and beyond an amazing lawyer. He actually cared that I got through the process and wasn't just there collecting a check.
Spencer (Benny) was very helpful, considerate, and effective. This was my first experience with an attorney ever and a good experience. Run-ins with the law are worrisome, always, but a good attorney takes the stress off. It would have been very difficult for me to deal with this while not present in Utah. Benny smoothed everything out. He entered my plea in abeyance and my case was dismissed after the 364 day period. Thanks Benny! Keep up the good work.
Originally called Brother Christopher and somehow ended up with Spencer, Benny, or whatever. Nice enough guy. Somewhat newly licensed at the time. The most basic of representation. Minor criminal offense but I just as well have not had an attorney and would have received the same sentence while saving the $2000 fee. He did his job, though. I guess.

I guess.

I guess.

I guess.
