Great, outstanding, very understanding. Fights for his clients and works with them . He’s very smart , he knows the law. Always on time . Mr. Judd is one of the best attorneys in Las Vegas.
The Officer that "investigated" my case included a material misstatement of fact in my case "Call details under that event stated that Defendant tried to push their daughter and Plaintiff got in the way and grabbed a female, but it does not state which female." At no time during the 911 call did the Plaintiff make this statement. The unfortunate part about this statement is that despite having asked Mr Judd for the 911 call numerous times it was not given to me until after the Statute of Limitations had expired placing an enormous amount of burden on my case as this was the key to the entire case. What the “victim,” a 3rd degree black belt, said in the 911 call was “I’m raising my daughter and she came over today and um started a fight… she swung at me and I ducked and I pushed her… and she fell to the ground… she got up again swinging at me again calling me all kinds of names and as she swung I ducked and pushed her away to stop her from swinging and she fell down again and she cut her arm… According to the 911 call, I swung, he ducked, and then he pushed me. I was charged with pushing him. But the 911 call reflects that he, in fact, pushed me. Needless to say, Mr Judd failed to disclose all of my rights pertinent to this case and remained adamant in me accepting the plea bargain. I would not recommend him to anyone.
