He was really easy to reach, i would email him and he would email me right back, even on the weekend! :) He gave us an approximate 18 months for the process to go thru, but since he was timely with sending in the paperwork, we received our final appt letter with USCIS in 10 months and in exactly 12 months after putting in the application my husband recieved his residency. There was excellent communication, and exactly as he told us our process would go, is how it went.
