I refer anyone in need of an immigration attorney to Mr Tsang. He's knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. Honesty and experience. He's helped everyone I've referred to him. although he doesn't know me, I'm. Very confident he'll help those I need of his expertise.
I was referred to him by a USCIS immigration official, believe it or not. After a disastrous interview precipitated by a self-initiated I-485 application which resulted in a deportation notice, I was at my absolute wits' end. Mr. Tsang is quirky and super fast, so, to some people, he can come off as direct. He is so reasonably priced that, with such a complicated process, his time is of the essence. He salvaged my family's case and identified the gap in my previous application. Within no time, my case was back on track without any disruption in work or status. He is not fancy and neither does he boast of fancy billboards, offices or other luxuries that would show up in obnoxious fees. He is lean and very efficient. Very highly recommended. For a mere fraction of what other fancy lawyers charge, you will get efficiency, thorough knowledge of the law and fastidious representation.
I needed to ask Mr. Tsang a citizenship question over the phone and he quickly and kindly responded right away. I am very happy that nice lawyers still exist. Thank you again, sir!
Attorney Tsang was first time hired by me around 2006. He was very straight, setting up the fees in front right away -which actually were decently affordable. He also explained clearly all the documentation I needed. Everything went normal and I was informed by INS and through Attorney Tsang on time. He's one of the best I have known in US after hearing other friends experiences.
This is one of the best and yet affordable lawyers in Tampa Bay, FL. I recommend him especially in regards to Immigration Cases.
Perfect lawyer, PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, helped me in very, very difficult case. Previous review is very unfair. At the first interview he is making sure that YOU will make the phone call regarding YOUR CASE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !
How do you run a bussiness when you cannot talk to people properly. All these other reviews are not fake. We recently just moved from NJ to FL and my mom called this lawyer and picked up the phone rudely asking what she wanted & if there was no available lawyers in NJ (area code was still from NJ). She told him it was for her son (me) and cut her off as she was trying to explain the situation telling her to have ME call him and hung up. What if the child was underrage? Why did you assume automatically that we weren’t in the state of florida? Guy has no respect and i hope no one gives this man business.
This attorney is RUDE, horrible, gives incorrect information and does no treat us with any respect. If you do not understand something he says to just shut up and follow direction. We do not like this guy at all
Where to even start, I hired Simon to represent my family and I while we had deportation dates and under ICE supervision. He, at first, worked diligently and filed paper work to prevent deportation. Things were fine for a while, but then his overall demeanor changed, almost got my wife deported, and advised us to leave for Canada (while having an ankle monitor! The guy is a deplorable) after we paid him a few thousand dollars on a petition and to represent us. We had already submitted a petition to stay and receive citizenship. After a few months of anxiety I looked elsewhere and hired a new attorney and he realized that Simon was being a scum. (Thankfully there are professional attorneys out there who work thoroughly) Make sure they give you written information on your case and receipts. I'm filing disciplinary action with the Florida BAR. Be aware and use him with caution.
I was referred to this lawyer & the first time I spoke to him he seemed like a decent lawyer. The next time I spoke to him he abruptly cut me off while I was speaking & told me I NEED TO GET PAID basically didn't want me to explain the case to him. I let it go. Then the final straw was the third time I spoke to him. He called me back & I said Hi hows it going? He said GET TO POINT! I have never dealt with a lawyer that's so incredibly rude!!!! Would never recommend to anyone!!!!
