Sheryl was amazing in my family law case. She was capable and wonderful and helped me through an extremely difficult time. She protected my child and helped me co-parent.
Sheryl was in the position to represent me as I was an indigent in a DUI case. Wont go into detail, but this attorney is the REAL deal! If their is a way, she is the will. Don't doubt she and her team are on the case working hard. As a Public Defender She Rates at the Top. As a hired attorney I'm sure of the same. I have NEVER seen a Public defender work at a case as if so much money had been handed as a fee. Her spirit also is assuring. I HIGHLY Recommend you seek this attorney in your Defense. If there is a way, She is the Will.
I retained Sheryl when she was a junior attorney with Brown Had st am of Bozeman Montana. She failed in her effort to properly defend me when she did not properly cue and bring to the judges attention the Montana statutes the related to victims rights during negotiations. This cost me dearly. I terminated my relationship with her and her firm. I retained new counsel who quickly cited those same Montana statutes and had my case easily dismissed. Without a doubt the worst attorney to ever touch a case of mine in 20 plus years of business experience. Avoid!
