Ms. Zack was my lawyer in 2014 for an Eviction process. In the court proceeding to enter the Judgment Ms. Zack made a $975.00 addition mistake. When I asked to go back to the court and correct it she never did – although she told me she would. Furthermore, during the court’s process the defendants told the judge they were still living in the house. I contested that issue and gave Ms. Zack the evidence that she would need to present to the court. Ms. Zack told me she would go back to the court and ask for an emergency order. After giving her the evidence I tried to contact her to see about the emergency order. Ms. Zack never went back to the court. In the end the house sat empty and the pipes did freeze and caused a lot of damage. The original order was entered by the court on Dec. 8th. I had to ask over and over to get a copy of the order, which I finally received an email with a scanned copy in March.
