She also did not pay attention to any of the key factors that I provided to her and left me to hang in trial. She yelled at me over the phone and is very unprofessional when you disagree. The letters that she sent back and forth between my ex's attorney were nothing but an opportunity for her to raise her billing hours. She also lied and made me look bad in front of the judge when I dropped her for not sending my support payments to my ex's attorney and once again left me hanging when opposing counsel asked why I had not been making any payments, yet they were in Ms. Shepard's drawer even after she assured me I should not send them certified mail. Very disappointed by the services she provided. It appears she is in it for the money and not her clients.
