Shelley E. Hibburt is associate counsel with Zellar & Zellar, Attorneys at Law, Inc.  She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Oakland University and Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan.  Ms. Hibburt relocated to the State of Ohio in 2013 and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2014.  She was admitted in the U.S. District Court, Northern District in 2015.  Ms. Hibburt is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Muskingum County Bar Association and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.  Ms. Hibburt focuses her practice in the areas of civil litigation, bankruptcy, probate and estate planning, and real property law.  Ms. Hibburt is currently seeing clients in all four law offices: Zanesville, Newark, Lancaster and Columbus.
