I counsel individuals, corporate and institutional clients in real estate law and transactions, title insurance and construction law.Prior to joining Duggan, Schlotfeldt & Welch, I underwrote transactions in all 50 states and was lead underwriting counsel on many multi-site/high-liability commercial real estate transactions. I Advised management, legal staff and agents on the effects of new and/or proposed legislation, regulations and court decisions on the real estate and title insurance industry.
