My practice is centered on handling high-stakes, courthouse litigation for individuals and businesses.  I focus on asissting those who have bene injured by the wrongdoing of others in some way.  I handle catastrophic injury cases, nursing home litigation, and commercial disputes, including insurance coverage and "bad faith" litigation, contract litigation, wage and employment claims, and business "divorces."I am originally from Charleston, South Carolina. I began my career in North Carolina. Since 2007, I have enjoyed living in Columbia, where I met my wife.  We have two children and a bulldog named Izzy. I serve as the General Counsel for Downtown Church, a PC USA congregation in Columbia, SC. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking and traveling.
