She set up the trust for my mothers house and now is helping me administer that trust. She also helped my wife with the sale of her fathers house to her brother at no charge. Sharon is reasonably priced and very competent when it comes to real estate law. I generally don't trust lawyers, but I do trust Sharon. I highly recommend Sharon to all of my friends and relatives.

She insists phone calls and no emails; then she orders title insurance without revealing her association with Title Company, without revealing her financial interest. Her price of title insurance is also much higher than regular price. She charged $1,600; and another lawyer charged $750 for exactly same title insurance.
