A graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law, Sharon practiced at a local firm gaining extensive litigation experience in state and federal courts as well as provided mediation services for municipalities, utilities and corporate clients. She most recently served as a Career Law Clerk for former Chief United States District Court Judge U.W. Clemon and United States District Judge Abdul K. Kallon where she prepared opinions on countless legal topics and participated in numerous mediations through the court. Sharon returned to the private sector in 2015 founding Hamilton Broach quickly establishing her reputation as a skilled communicator and expert mediator for individuals and businesses. She brings to mediation the same thorough legal analysis and preparation that she used to draft opinions for federal judges for eleven years. In addition to mediation, Sharon offers Conflict Resolution services to corporate clients including in-house conciliation and management training focused on strategies to resolve conflict in the workplace. Sharon maintains a select practice in Probate including quiet title and deed disputes together with wills and estates. She is a native of Birmingham and active in her community and the bar.
