     Ms. Andrews brings with her over 25 years of litigation experience, which includes all aspects of trial and appellate practice.   Ms. Andrews is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Mississippi State Bar Association, the Lafayette County Bar Association, and practices before all Louisiana and Mississippi state and federal courts, U.S. Northern District of Texas, and the United States Court of Federal Claims.  Her practice consists primarily of business law, commercial litigation, oil and gas litigation, and bankruptcy law in Mississippi and Louisiana.       White, Andrews & Shackelford is a boutique business and litigation firm with offices in New Orleans, LA and Oxford, MS, providing a full range of legal services to clients throughout Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas and Alabama. We regularly represent oil and gas exploration and production companies in commercial and contract litigation, lease cancellation suits, title litigation, environmental litigation, bankruptcy, collections, personal injury defense, and toxic and mass tort cases.  We also prepare and review transactional documents for our clients, and provide general legal advice regarding myriad matters, including mineral and surface leases, joint operating agreements, master service contracts, environmental regulatory compliance, insurance matters, conservation and unitization, collection, bankruptcy, and general commercial matters.
