One of the original members of the firm, Shannon Sperry practices business, real estate and employment law.  Her experience includes the acquisition,  financing (construction and permanent) and leasing of regional shopping malls, office buildings, retail centers, golf course and apartment buildings.  Conduit, corporate and project finance transactions are part of her practice.  She represents a broad and diverse range of clients, including publicly traded and closely held businesses and provides employment advice for termination and wrongful discharge claims, wage and hour disputes and employee policy manuals. "I pride myself on producing a high-quality product for my clients.  I don't miss loopholes, I return phone calls, I'm efficient, I'm accurate ... most of my clients have been with me for years because they know they can depend on me to deliver the best." Shannon also provides mediation services for real estate and employment related disputes and is affiliated with Washington Arbitration and Mediation Services.
