I have asked Shannon for help multiple times with legal paperwork, even if it was just to explain to me what it said. This time I had some questions about unemployment and she walked me through the whole process. She took her time and thoroughly explained everything to me. She was patient and is very knowledgeable about a lot. I have referred her to friends in the past and they have always been happy and satisfied with the help that she has given them.
I had reached out to Shannon for a consultation about a legal issue and specific questions about the courts, and she was able to answer all of our questions. My husband and I will reach out to her again when we are ready to put our wills together. Thank you Shannon for all of your help!
Shannon represented me in my unemployment hearing. She was very thorough and professional. My former employer was caught so off guard by her questions, he couldn't even answer most of them! I honestly don't think I would have won without her. I would definitely recommend her services.
Late last year I moved from one part of the State to the other. I requested a transfer from my work facility to another facility closer to my new home. My company told me I had to quit and reapply for the job. What they didn't tell me was it would take them two months to process my rehire application. I applied for unemployment for the time I was out of work, but Unemployment initially denied my claim because they said I quit. Attorney Boyce represented me at my appeal hearing and was able to show that I actually qualified for unemployment, both for back payments and for ongoing payments because I was hired back at decreased hours and pay. She was very meticulous. She even got me approved for section 30 to extend my benefits so I could attend vocational training. It was very stressful going without pay for 2+ months after a move, but I really appreciate all the work she did putting my claim together and representing me at my hearing.
My son had a magistrate hearing so I hired Mrs.Boyce to represent him at Quincy Court. She was very thorough with paperwork and wise in the court room. The case was closed at the hearing thanks to her. She went out of her way also to obtain information needed without asking for extra. I would hire her again.
