He did my divorce ,in no time i was a free woman thank you for doing a great job...continue doing the gd work shane...God bless u
I have been a client of Mr. Sidebottom for close to a decade. He is honest, straight forward and explains things in a way you can understand. He is exceptionally bright. I am very pleased with the work he has provided.
I hired Mr. Sidebottom to prepare my will. Being new to the process, I didn’t know what to expect or what to do. He was very patient, thoroughly explained everything to me and completed the documents not only accurately but very quickly as I needed them in a very short time frame. I was very pleased with his service and he clearly knows how to do his job. I will definitely be working with him in the future.
I have hired Shane more than once and he has always been wonderful! He explains things in detail and is very understanding to each situation.
The mission of the Northern Kentucky Technical Rescue Team (NKYTRT) is to provide specialized emergency response capabilities and resources in order to respond for calls for assistance that exceed the scope of normal fire, rescue, and EMS response capabilities. Our goals are to: Prepare through advanced training, equipment acquisition and the gathering of resources; Prevent harm to all life (both human and animal) and property through education, response, and action; Respond to calls for assistance for all life and property; Rescue all life that is in danger; Recover those that have been lost. Specifically, when asked to help identify the proper funding mechanisms for the NKYTRT; Attorney Shane Sidebottom took immediate action. He first met with the Board of Directors for the NKYTRT to find out what exactly was needed legally to get a 501(3) (C) project started. The outcome of the meeting identified milestones that needed to be accomplished for federal and state non-profit compliance requirements. Shane completed the necessary forms to file with the IRS to obtain an employer identification number in order to proceed with the 5013C project. He clarified through the IRS, a previous Employee Identification Number (EIN), he obtained the correct number, and he then proceeded through the Kentucky State Attorney General’s office. Because of his professional and legal expertise, he was able to establish a 501(3) (C) non-profit status for the NKYTRT. This 501(3) (C) status will now allow the (NKYTRT) to seek funding from the community, state and the federal government through grant or donation funding processes. The Northern Kentucky Technical Rescue Team provides the following rescue and recovery services for: Building Collapse, Confined Space, Heavy Vehicle Extrication, High/Low Angle Rope Rescue, Large Animal Rescue, Missing Persons Searches, Swift Water, and Excavation/Trench Rescue and Recovery operations.
I did not hire an attorney, however, I was speaking with an attorney through the company, which I don't hear from unless I contact him. I think if a person doesn't have a strong case it would be beneficial to the customer to tell them that instead of having them linger on for nothing. I was working with Mr. Stewart, whom sound really nice on the phone, but I don't hear from him, he gives me false hope.
Shane was more busy with his phone than my case! He was chastised twice by a third party during my case! He never bothered to listen to my whole case and cowed at the first rebuttal by the defense. He was useless. I always had to contact him first, remind him about what was going on. He seemed uninterested in mounting any defense. He instead like a robot kept telling me how these cases "usually" go. I was an individual and I NEVER felt that way with you. I never felt reassured. I felt trapped that you were my representative at the last minute bc I needed an attorney. I dont think my lawyer even believed me and it showed. You failed me just like the people I sued. Ps. I still need you to complete you job! I'm waiting for documents!
