I am a partner with the law firm of Bolen Robinson & Ellis, LLP. A lifelong resident of Decatur, Illinois, I received my Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Millikin University in 2002. I graduated cum laude and earned my Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2008. While attending law school, I also earned a certificate in Business Law with a concentration in Financial Services and Commercial Law. During law school, I was a merit scholar and a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honors Fraternity. I also served as the Articles Editor of the Law Review and was awarded the Outstanding Law Review Note Award. My law review article, Payday Loans: The Effects of Predatory Lending on Society and the Need for More State and Federal Regulations, 32 OKLA. CITY U. L. REV. 299 (2007) was selected to be published in the university’s law journal.I have substantial experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in complex litigation, including matters involving commercial law, consumer law, product defects and personal injury. I am very active in the community, and am currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Mt. Zion Foundation for Quality Education and as a Village Trustee for the Village of Mt.
