Thomas Carver has practiced law for over 43 years and has represented nearly 300 clients in federal criminal cases. Thomas Carver is a recipient of the Robert Duncan Award for Appellate Excellence and for many years has been named to the annual listings of Best Lawyers in America and Kansas/Missouri Super Lawyers. On two occasions, 2013 and 2015, he was named lawyer of the year in southwest Missouri in the area of white collar criminal defense.Tom Carver is on the board of directors of the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association (SMBA). Hired Tom 12 hours after my first arrest in my life. From the very beginning Tom and his law firm treated me like a Human, not an inmate. Over the next 6 months Tom did and said everything he would. If Tom said he'd get something done or figure something out for me, he did. When Tom wasn't available he always had somebody who was. Tom went out of his way many times to help be during this rough time even during his vacation and holidays. Tom has 44+ years of experience. Everyone knows Tom.
