Shandra is an attorney at the Kisailus Law Firm who works in general practice. Before joining the Kisailus Law Firm, Shandra clerked for the Honorable J. Wesley Oler, Jr., Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas. She later spent time working under the Honorable William H. Amesbury, Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas. Attorney Kisailus is a local graduate from Meyers High School in Wilkes-Barre where she was in the top 10 of graduates.  She is also a cum laude graduate of the University of Scranton with dual degrees in business management and philosophy. Kisailus obtained her law degree at the Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, PA. Shandra was licensed by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 2013. Since then, she has joined the Kisailus Law Firm with her parents continuing a family tradition started 50 years ago.
