My situation had lot of change of status and neither my employee nor my boss well understood the process ..,I was on H4 EAD renewal which was delayed and had to go on work break later legal team of my employer was ready to transfer my expired H1B petition that I had before . But they were delaying and not making me aware of the consequences of filing H1 after I94 expiry were it becomes consular processing and I need to step outside the country to make it active . I was in touch with Shah Peerally and that helped me to push my legal team further to file on time so that my change of status is approved with I94 Thanks to Shah Peerally for taking all my follow up calls and ensuring I had my visa on time ..

I had been working with Mr. Shah' S law firm for various immigration matters since 2015. My husband and I approached him again in 2017 for an adjustment of status for our Green Card application. Ours was a complicated case , but Mr. Shah and his team at Shah Peerally law firm helped us with the adjustment of status and concurrent filing of EAD and Advance Parole cards. When finally we had our interview due to an unforeseen error the officer denied our case. I immediately contacted Mr. Shah and he helped us with Reopening of the case by filing a Motion To Reopen. He was through with the RFE request and had our case approved. We finally received our Green cards by Mail in May 2021. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr.shah for all the help and guidance, and for working tirelessly to ensure that the law worked in our favor. During the spouse petition, i didn’t mind to seek help of the lawyer. I tried to do it on my own until I failed our last interview at USCIS in 2016. But after I consulted my case to Atty. Shah, I filed again my change status in 2017. It took me 3 years only to get my visa application approved. With all the expertise of their firm and legal assistants, I finally received my permanent resident card in October of 2020. Somehow, something good has just happened to me during this pandemic.
