For anyone who has gotten a DWI, it can be a very scary time. Thank God I had Emile represent me. He knows the Jersey law and knows how to defend a DWI. He was always there on time and very responsive. He knows most of the judges and has a good reputation in the court houses. I do not wish anyone to have to deal with a DWI but if you do, look Emile up, you will not regret it. NOT GUILTY! Thanks Emile!

My experience with lawyers has been limited to real estate. I have criminal defense attorneys which are friends but for the first time I found myself in the need for a criminal defense lawyer of my own. I've found a great person. A trust worthy, knowledgeable and experienced criminal defense attorney that fought for me tooth and nail like if i was his family member. The case lasted over four and a half years and In the end he saved me from an unjust trial and unfair verdict. Fair is fair only when you hire the best.

Very nice person (for the most part - see below), but a mediocre lawyer. He represented me when he was still practicing with Brian Neary. He never gave me definitive answers to my questions - his "answers" were always muddled, "maybe," "could be," etc. He also got angry with me once when he discussed my charges. He's not supposed to do that, he's my counselor and I paid him! Charges too much for the services he provides. If you're willing to spend a lot of money, do your homework and find someone more reputable. The bottom line: Stay out of trouble in the future! The legal system is a corporation that generates profit off of your mistake.
