Was in the process of hiring Ms. Banks to handle our case due to a so called mortgage law firm stating they would refinance our house. We paid them $3900 and they never contacted our bank. OMG where do I start......This lady goes above and beyond to get things done. She treats your case as if she was in your shoes. She always keeps you in the loop and is very organized. I had reckless driving and no registration charges against me. When I sought Ms. Banks' counsel, she carefully listened to everything I said, and told me how she would take care of the situation.
