I called around North County SD and found prices and consultations to be all over the place. Some attorneys charged 3-times what Mr. Leslie's group quoted. I was arrested but not charged on a bogus domestic violence accusation. However, I still had the arrest on my record. In this type of case the burden of proof is on the accused and the arresting parties (police) strongly resist the motion because you may be able to sue them later for arresting you without 'probable cause'.
