Roberto Cantu was born in McAllen, Texas. Mr. Cantu attended The University of Texas at Austin and graduated with a degree in Government and a minor in Business.Mr. Cantu then went on to receive his law degree from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law finishing in the top ten percent of his class and graduating summa cum laude.While at Thurgood Marshall, Mr. Cantu competed in various in-school competitions, was Articles Editor for the Thurgood Marshall Law Review, was the Honor Court Prosecutor, on the Board of Advocates and a member of the Hispanic Law Student Association.
