I have had a good experience working with Sean's team. He has represented me in a family custody battle for two years.
Sean Lynch helped me get through one of the most difficult times of my life. Going through a less than friendly divorce with kids involved could have been a lot more stressful, but Sean went out of his way to take care of me. He took the time to know my situation personally, which made my case more personal to him. Mr. Lynch made himself available when I needed him, which really meant a lot to me. Any situation that requires legal representation is probably a difficult one, but I can say from experience that Sean Lynch is reliable during tough times. I highly recommend him for any service he offers.
I will say Mr.Lynch isn't very good at communication. I will wait two weeks and than email or call to check to see what is going on. He will update I have filed this and that, Still waiting on a court date. Now I am not sure if Family Court are short staffed or not but it pretty crazy the Criminal Courts is throwing court dates as fast as you can blink. I just want to know why it take so long! I will advise you to start checking in with your paying customers! Updates maybe not once a week but EVERY TWO WEEKS WILL BE APPRECIATED! We are antsy parents who are just wanting this burden to be handle and over with!
This man is not a nice guy. He will treat you second class. Read the reviews, read other reviews. You will see the difference.
He completely ruined our case. It was like the opposing party had 2 lawyers. Do not hire this man
If there was an option to select 0 stars I would have selected it. He would not speak my husband the entire time! was rude an didn't listen to me at all. He never took the time to understand my case. I am begging you.... if you are a mother seeking representation DO NOT use this man!!
I paid him 1,500 in 2017 to help me with a custody matter and have not heard a peep from him since ive been looking for his new office and no one seems to know where it is! And his reception were never no help!
Paid Sean $1000 to make my life easier with simple divorce case in Tarrant County. I knew it wasn't going to be easy when he filed the petition without having gotten my review (which I had requested) and with my soon-to-be ex-wife's last name completely wrong, and my first name also wrong (did he actually review the filing?). A week later it still was filed incorrectly... Hired a new firm, not on the cheap, they fixed Sean's mistakes, and frankly receiving the service I expect. Like properly spelled names...little things. You get what you pay for...and if this is what you can afford I do suggest you put in your contract with him you get copies of all docs prior to filings...while Sean told me "I dont grade other peoples work"....I do...and Sean gets an D-.
Attorney Lynch did not diligently work on my case as I paid him to do. As a matter of fact he lied about working on my case at all. He does not return phone calls or answer e-mail. My modification for custody is worst off now than when I gave it to him in Feb of 2017. I filed a formal grievance against attorney Lynch with the State Bar of Texas and it is now pending.
