I was rushing to get to my consult on time, which I was, but the attorney ended up being about 25 minutes late and with no explanation. I did not find this particular attorney to be unhelpful. During our consult I did explain to him the reason that I had contacted an attorney was because I could not get the other side's insurance to communicate with me at the end of the consult he told me that I would still need to try contacting them on my own and would not be doing that for me or helping me with that.
